Ball Joints - Are Front and Rear The Same?

I'm in the process of ordering new tie rod ends and ball joints for my N/A 1990 SW20.  The front and rear ball joints seem to have the same part number, is this correct?

I'm fairly certain they are the same front & rear.

    NO!!
The front SW20 ball joint is smaller than the rear.
    Front p/n 43330-19025
    Rear p/n  43330-39135

BTW, the Camry (FWD) uses the same ball joints on the front as the SW20 uses on the rear.
