Suzuki Swift (Ignis) sport seats in an AW11, anyone here done it?

Hello,
Recaro LS seats are getting rare, worn and expensive. The 2003 Suzuki Swift sport seats by Recaro are a pretty close match and 20 years younger than the LS. The cloth seems to be more durable than Recaros that turned up in recent Honda & Ford sports editions. I've seen a few AW11's use them on utube and would like to do the same. Has anyone here done it? Is a fitting kit required or is it a weld up job between the original AW11 and Suzuki runners? Is the seat height comparable to the factory seat? Are there any downsides or regrets such as seat controls that end up in places where they cant easily be reached?

Regards,

The following link answers absolutely none of your questions, but should prove useful if/when the above questions have answers.

    Thanks Rynex,
I did find a few online "how to" guides for other cars and one MR2 in finished condition. (Including your Jimny one). These seats aren't a secret so the asking price is still up there at around 500$ each like all the rest of the German made Recaros. They are uncommon enough that I suspect I will need to buy them sight unseen and ship them from interstate or overseas. So I was asking now to avoid having buyers remorse later.
