REPORTED MISSING, PRESUMED DEAD

What has happened to the MR2 movement in Tassie after we attended the Nationals in 2013?

Is it really missing, presumed dead, as they say in all the police shows, or are the cars just frozen over during the 11 months of winter down there? Hopefully someone, somewhere, in our island state can kick start the thing and we will start to hear from them soon. Some of us travelled 5000kms last September/October to show our support, hopefully the same will happen next year the other way round in Queensland.

Yes we are alive and well in Tasmania. The weather has been good since you left. We are all planning to travel to Queensland, we are just waiting for the bridge linking Tasmania to the mainland to be finished. Shouldnt be too long.

Stuka, the bridge was there in the past but destroyed during WW2 to ensure none of you escaped to the big north island any time soon. The long term effects of this were obvious when we visited last year, particularly that hello, hello greeting thing.

Seriously, how about getting something going and come up to the Nationals in sunny Queensland next year?
