Eric Me too, although my overall experience with this wiring harness has been quite displeasing.
I believe the cost of that harness has exceeded the cost of a Haltech Elite 2500, matching loom and a tune.

I don't want to name anyone. I understand previous work from the guy has been quality and he is a decent bloke. I understand he was busy and under pressure to deliver the product on time. Whats done is done and I hold no grudges. Knightrous I believe the cost of that harness has exceeded the cost of a Haltech Elite 2500, matching loom and a tune.
Yes, that is correct. If I had my time again I would still run the standard ECU as Wiregap or another company can do the harness for under $1k. I like having the factory computer as I know its safe and makes good power. I'm now ready to move onto the next stage of this car, with bigger and better things to come.

That's very respectful of you. Personally I think that's a chivalrous notion on your part, but at the same time.. even if he was under the pump, you can't go and twist and tape things for a client. What if he's done a few other twisties somewhere in the harness and a power wire starts sparking in the cabin? Just bad practice. In saying that I'm no sparky either - I suck at electricals. I understand the fundamentals, but everything I touch gets instant gremlins so.. take my 2c with a mountain of salt ;)

Cleaned up the wiring with the help of my friend Laurence. Most of the boot harness was apart as I was chasing down wiring gremlins. Still more to go! Before: Progress. All wires separated and routed correctly. The small plug on the 2GR ECU controls the immobilizer, pedal and some other functions. Originally this was spliced into part of the original ECU plug. I was unhappy with this so I cut the old plug off my 3SGE ECU and made a new one. I also added a plug for the DBW pedal. Nearly done. I fabricated up a panel for my ECU and immobilizer. I used some old crimsafe security mesh as it was easy to work with but extremely strong. I also used the crimsafe for extra security, as the ad on tv says: Now that my car is secure, onto more wiring details. My harness can now be removed from the boot completely, allowing me to work on it easily. I also added in an actual switch for the key switch wire, so I dont have to undo the earth strap. You can see this below the immobilizer box. I still have a little more work to do in the boot which includes relocating my amps and finishing the immobiliser wiring. More photos to come!

Reinforces why you need to do this yourself, as you now get the reward of having it how you want and the pride in turning out great work and the lessons that come with it.

Wiring is now finished and very clean! I also upgraded the fuel pump wiring as it was blowing fuses after 20-30 minutes of track time. I also made a new purchase. I was trying to keep this on the quiet but Aaron posted it up on facebook so the cats out of the bag now. This should push the engine close to or over 300whp. ECU will be a TRD Aurion clone from Gouky in the US. I will also be running water injection for added safety at the track and on very hot days
