yeah i spoke to an engineer down in hallam hes willing to approve it for 500 bucks.
 
i think the best case for me would be to look for a nice example of a v6 mr2 done already. and just purchase that ,

There is also the TRD supercharged version in Victoria already engineered for sale too.

Yeah I'd definitely be putting aside $10,000 to have a professional do it for you. Remember that since you're going to be using the Camry ecu you will also need the immobiliser to go with it and that will all have to be incorporated into you loom and ignition.


 
There is a dodgy way to get around having to fit the antenna around the ignition, also on some Toyota's the immobiliser can even be turned off, I haven't looked into if this is one of them though, that is done through the ECU so can save some wiring.
