    Ironically a mate asked me about this the other day.
    Yeah it could/and has be done, but why would you. Unless you could do it yourself, the labour would be killer. Not saying it wouldn't be insane, as I love rotors. + as 1 guy said, it's hard enough to keep rotors quiet, and they have the benefit (usually) of a few more feet of exhaust pipe. Be awesome for shooting flames.
    But for cost, I'd rather just build a 300bhp 4AGTE.

    Gotta LoL at the yank wishing gas was still $1/gal.
    If fuel here was $1/gal, I'd have a real fuel guzzler.
