Thanks for the kind words, although my car didn't look no where near as pretty as others, but that's what happens when you spend up on safety first :)
It was nice to meet everyone at the MTC, shame I couldn't do the 2nd day.

Will the stock 3SGE gearbox etc. hold the power increase or will that all have to go?

The power delivery in a turbo engine is not as linear/smooth as a V6. The gearbox in a turbo engine experiences a "power shock" during spirited driving, therefore E153 is stronger (and heavier) to withstand that shock. S54 does work with V6 engines, plenty of 3VZ and 1MZ conversions use it (my old 3VZ worked fine with it, and Knightrous's 1MZ SW20 did pretty well with it last week in MTC). I don't know anyone however uses S54 with 2GR.
And just FYI going from S54 to E153 requires hubs and axles form a Turbo SW20.
If I'm going from 3SGE SW20 to V6, I'd keep the lighter S54 (although LSD it).

Paul Woods from Woodsport had his Supercharged 2GR running on a S54 for a while.
I believe he then switched over to an EA60 6 speed.

The S54 can probably withstand the 3VZ and 1MZ, but for a 2GR I'm fairly sure it's a bad idea. Yes it can work, but you'll end up breaking the box if you ever launch it too hard - so you'll always be skating on thin ice

I like the water injection, if this works out I might look at putting it in mine

Valid point. Same reason why I didn't go for a "top brand" system: Short answer : not cost effective (which is one of the principles of my build).
The only systems I do not financially compromise on are safety systems, hence why the amount I spent on safety could've got me another MR2 basically :)
