Cheers guys pictures actually don't show the improvement from what it was.

Unfortunately there is a few little things I'm not too happy about in the paint. Hopefully can be easily sorted.

Hoping to get some new 20% tints soon and leave the exterior as is now.

I will probably have drop the front a little more so its sits similar to the 18s on the back. Unfortunately already having scrubbing issues on full lock for some reason - so may have to look into that.

Since I sold my last NA MR2 this has been my only and everyday car, with some weeks equalling over 600km it was getting pretty beat up (stone chips, scratches and random pallets falling off the back of trucks)

So this is not much of an update to the MR2 but thought I would update my new toy.

Picked up this a couple of weeks ago - hopefully retire the MR2 off daily duties and use this.

1993 Toyota Supra SZ Aero

Its basically stock as a rock apart from some hideous 20x8" wheels which looked ridiculous on a Supra as simply (IMO) did not suit the car.
So yes, being a stock aerotop its got the automatic

Painted centres - still looked like crap...

Replacement Wheels quickly sourced
Stern Axia
18x8.5 +35
18x9.5 +35

For some time I have wanted an aerotop - from what I can tell not to many were actually brought into the country and they are pretty scarce to find for sale (especially in WA)

From what I can gather so far - its a very stupid daily. Its slower and more thirsty then the MR2, it is even worse for practicality and cleaning it is a nightmare as its the size of a whale and its a black car....\

Interesting, I thought that the NA's were still pretty reasonable for road going performance? or are you comparing to the turbo'd MR2?

I've always had a soft spot for a Supra.

Sorry I should of clarified I am comparing it to my Turbo MR2.

Performance wise, it isnt bad. For a 20 year old car its more then adequate - actually at times quite surprising.
This is my first larger displacement car I have owned so low down torque is a nice thing to have.
For braking and steering I still prefer the MR2 - MR2 feeling I feel is more direct (supra you can steer with one finger) and braking - well i just prefer a car without ABS (I feel this and like every other car with ABS I have driven engages far to easily...- great in the wet though)

Does power maketh the car?? Or do you wish you still had the MR2 for the fun drive??

But like PETE, I also have a soft spot for the Supra.

Cheers, M

Sorry Monica - Never actually saw your reply!

I still have the MR2! Unfortunately the last track day I did in it took its toll on her and the clutch is in a very bad state. Its booked in at the end of this month to get a new Organic Heavy Duty Item fitted.

On Supra Related News,
A respray Was recently carried out on her to fix up some deep vandilism marks left by a previous owner.

And a Set of SSR Professor Wheels were purchased.
19x8.5 +25
19x9.5 +30

Having few issues fitting these so no pictures of them fitted yet.

Few little updates with the Supra basically all cosmetic - because ricer.

Lowered slightly on some factory bilstiens from a TT.
Toyota Aero Sideskirts and Rear Pods Fitted
MVP Style front Lip
TRD (Replica) Rear Spoiler

As it sits now...

As it stands, nothing else I want to do to Supra - I have since let my MR2 get a bit neglected and will begin working on that.
