Unfortunately WIDEMR you are further down the list. Unless the others Australian guys want to see how much longer the rest of the parts will take to make.
Has there been any signs of Lmt or Dwyer125 on here recently ? I will contact them by email.
I would need their permission to ship to one address.

Price:  £65 UK pounds sterling  (without insurance) for five parts to be sent to one address.

Marty J, have you actually handled any of these pinions?

A photo of what has been produced so far may put some minds at ease.

How big are these things?? Postage of 65pounds = 100 aud, for five to be sent together without insurance?? I guess they must be heavy.

The five parts weigh around 1kg, it must be due to the distance these things have to travel.
They are not particularly big.
I will take some photos soon of part A.

It sounds like most of the first group are VIC/Melbourne people.
If we can get them all sent to someone in melbourne I'm happy. I can then organise additional postage or pickup with whoever receives in melbourne.

"As to the balance of parts - the spark eroder was 'down' before Christmas so we have bought a replacment one as the cost to repair the original one was just not viable.  This has to have a couple of parts made for it to be fuly operational so I am afraid we are a while off these parts being complete - most likely end of March."

The message is the latest email I received from the manufacturer. You guys have been waiting a long time for these. I really think it is a tough call to make for you to wait for the rest to be produced in March to save shipping cost, but I will leave it up to you to decide. Do you ship now or wait for the rest to be produced to save on shipping cost ?

I think the shipping cost savings are not worth another few months wait.  I will definitely rest much easier with my parts in my hand.  But am happy to wait and see what others on the short list feel.

Ditto, prefer to have something in hand from the manufacturer.  I don't care if they come to QLD or melb, as long as it'll be made available for me to collect at around Formula 1 time in march.

Marty, can the first lot be in Melbourne before March 14 for Totenkopf? He could possibly also pick up 5sgtes?  I think everyone is happy to get the first batch sent to Melbourne if it can be done before this time.
Ashtwo or LMT, are one of you happy to be the central location? I'm out of Melbourne but happy to come pick mine up from someone.
Lets get an address to Marty and get this rolling, am I correct thinking the first batch are ready to send?

If all five of you are OK with the pinion parts being shipped to -Totenkopf- , then all I need is payment for £65.00/5 = £13.00 UK pounds each.

Don't pay yet, I will phone the manufacturer to make 100% sure that they are ready to ship.

They can be shipped to me or someone in Melb.  I will be in Melb in March so I can either take them down or bring them back then (pending these things ARE actually ready to go!)

The 5 parts are ready to ship as confirmed on the phone today. BUT the person that deals with me could not make it to work today due to the snow.
