This is my engine bay 1 1/2 weeks ago. I will be replacing the throttle cable set up at some point. But this works quite well so no real need in the short term.

I have ordered myself a full bushing kit for the car to tighten it up again. I have been daily driving it for the last couple of weeks and its trouble free motoring. Glad I put a v6 in there!

Had some fun times at the downshift dirt sprint over the weekend. They didnt do a good job of wetting the track so it was very dusty but lots of fun!

I have to say with deep regret that I have sold my car not because I needed the money, but because I ran out of imagination for it. I have elected to sell it to someone that is eager to pickup where I left off and improve it in areas it was lacking.

I also could not justify having two impractical 2 doors. (my turbo 86 and the mr2). I have replaced the MR2 with a MY04 Alfa Romeo 156 V6 Manual. That's about as "sensible" as I will go in my twenties.

This is not good bye, I am sure I will see you guys at the MR2 Track day in December in my 86.

A very big thank you to everyone that helped me with advice for my car, I will be back in another MR2 one day, bigger and better next time!
