Heute mal die Ansaugbrücke montieren wollen... aber... es ist zu wenig Platz um die Kaltstartregelung zu montieren...

also wurde aus:



der Kaltlaufregler wurde entfernt und wird an anderer Stelle montiert:



Nun die neue Teflon Dichtung montiert:

Sie ist 6mm dick und dient zum Wärmeentkoppeln der Ansaugbrücke vom heißen Zylinderkopf:



Hier könnt ihr eine erwerben: Teflon Dichtung für Ansaugbrücke - 3sgte GEN III Turbo

Fertig montiert sieht das dann so aus:







hier noch mal die Platzverhältnisse für den Kaltlaufregler:






Jetzt noch die Drosselklappe und den Drosselklappenpoti montiert:

Der Abgaskrümmer mit Hitzeschutzlack lackiert:

Und ja, es ist der orig. Abgaskrümmer.... Viele werden sich jetzt fragen - warum verbaut er keinen aus Edelstahl etc.....

-> ganz einfach.... ich habe einfach keinen Bock das mir der Edelstahlschrott zehnmal reißt, sich verkrümmt usw... deswegen wurde der alte durchgeglühte Krümmer geplant und mit [url='http://www.hoeseler-por15...8d5cf60aa521851c6ce9d']Hoeseler Hitzeschutzfarbe[/url] lackiert... ob die Farbe hier hält ist eher zweitrangig... kommt ja eh eine Abdeckung drüber...









Samco Wasserschlauch montiert:



Ölrücklaufleitung gebaut:





Wasseranschlüsse an den GT3076 montiert:








Im Hintergrund könnt ihr die nächsten Baustellen sehen..:

380 mm K-Sport 4 Kolben Hinterradbremse und das K-Sport Fahrwerk sowie ein orig. doppelter Spearco Wasserladeluftkühler und etwas Kleinzeug...

Heute mal die Ölrücklaufleitung an den Turbolader angepasst.... etwas groß geraten...

If so does anyone know where I can buy?
