I am surprised you were still running that boat anchor up until now. I changed to an early version of light weight alternator bracket which was always slipping. Was quite a PITA at the time. Hopefully you do not suffer the same fate. 
Also amazed at the 30kg water to air set up. I expect you will save 15kg with air to air plug the boat anchor replacement so close to 20kg. Nice work!
