I never forget when I was washing my previous MR2 (red sw20 with large tipped exhaust) and a couple of young boys rode past on their pushies, one of them says to the other with great enthusiasm "WHAO!!  Check out the size of the exhaust on that ferrari!!"

hehehehe

Well, experience has so far shown me not to count my chickens, so until I'm sat in the car park of the pits inspection place with a certificate of road worthiness (or whatever it's called!) in my sweaty palm, I'll not be totally relaxed about the whole thing... Ferrari? Pah! No no mate, it's a custom TRD ultra widebody replica, since u ask... ; )

Cheers

How are you going to fill the gap between the tail lights?
Chop another one in half and put it on so the lens will be three wide??

Show us the pics!!!

No gap between the tail lights, the lights are "recessed" behind the widened rear quarters;

Getting a little antsy now like - they said they were a week behind schedule, so I gave them an extra ten days, which expired Monday gone (20th);  They also asked me to make sure I could make it to their shop on Saturday PRE 11am, as after this the gates would be shut and they'd be working inside.  I borrowed a mate's car and turned up at quarter to ten - non one inside or outside the building and not answering the phones.  Txt him to say "let me know what's going on", no response til Monday afternoon, when I phoned them again.

Yeh, but that would be like cutting off my nose to spite my face really... No, I had my little petulant dummy spit rant yesterday , and to be honest that's not the biggest stressor in my world at the minute, so some of my anguish probably came from elsewhere... - they are actually awesome craftsmen, both body work and painter - I would fully recommend anyone in WA go there, guess the legacy on this one has been the change of painter and the previous incumbent's mis-management of the whole affair...

Anyway, Monday starts a new week - maybe this time next week we'll be llooking at some nice pics eh... Chin up Dazzler eh. Hahaha;)

Cheers
