Picked the car up earlier today. Only made 187.8kw @18psi (different dyno) Havent had a chance to test it yet but up to 100kph dosent feel any different.

Hmmm that's odd. that's a few sw20's now with t67s that just really don't make the power they should be getting...
Shane's old t67 only made around the same as well with a haltech on stock motor.

I dare say the scaling is different on those 2 graphs, but if not, you have more area under the curve. Methinks T67's just aren't upto the task. I noticed that all the underperforming T67's are mated to sidemounts. Cams will help, but not really that much....What did the tuner have to say about it? How was it responding to ignition timing? What were the intake temps like? If I were you, I'd give it a shot with 264 cams & a w2a or tmic. Then after that, look to change turbo to a gt30.

The tuner wasnt there when I picked it up. The only thing I was told was didnt respond well to adding boost.

Hi mate I'm not sure what size a t67 is but do you have a boost v rpm sheet and if not can you get one?. I think mr2qik is right about the side mount ic because if it is not responding well to boost your Intake temps must be right up there over 50 deg ( the one on the dyno sheet is at the IT at the air filter )

That dyno sheet was the only thing I got of them. Ill try to get back to them next week to see what the tuner recommends. I have this turbo sizing chart

If it's about a 550hp turbo you should be around 225kwatw or 300hp+on about 18psi which would mean your intake temps are to high see if you can do something with the ic and you will find it will respond so much better.
Cheers Daniel

If it helps, my gen2 engine with the T67 on a sidemount with 264 cams, rmr inlet mani made 242rwkw. I would have thought you'd hit 200kw easily???

I should of got theses guys to do the first power run with the std computer. Theres a quiet a few people that say HPF dyno reeds a bit low.
What sort of side mount did you have Nick? and you were 18psi?
I suppose it could really be anything. they might have been a bit to conservative with the tune might also just be a lack of quality in ebay coolers. IT TAKES 2 from WTF made 260rwkw on a Greddy side mount.
Ill just try get back there next week and see if they still have air temps ect. Looked in the ecu and they have the target a/f ratio at 11.7. They also saved the file as 20psi
