    "Best aftermarket struts?"
IMO the best struts for an SW20 are KW V3's if you can afford them.

But It all depends on what do you want to achieve, and how much you can spend.
    Lowering for looks?
    Better handling?
    KW's will give you both

But if you just want the cheapest option simply fit new KYB shock inserts to your stock struts.
You should have the gland nut type so the job should be easy.

KW V3's get my vote, I've also run Tein Super Streets and they were also good but in my experience lean more towards a comfortable ride then the V3's which are more performance oriented.

However the lack of camber tops with the V3's is annoying, you have to buy aftermarket to really complete them as they lack adjustability with certain wheel and tire combos otherwise.

I recently heard of Ohlin DFV's being developed for SW20's and they could be awesome!
