However I'm happy with the "reliable" 228KW it has made.
Keep me posted if you can still get brand new ones from Power Enterprise. However I remember reading a few years ago they stopped making them.
No worries Darren..i'm happy with the results u got,so now i'm hoping that the PE1919T is still available..cos i'm tempted to get one myself hehe will let u know when i get some pricing.

Giving the engine to ian tomorrow for some maintenance work, then straight to hueys to chuck it in, I'm guessing I'll have it back in 2-3 weeks time!

Sweet result darren. Looks like that's the target power range for the bolt on turbo kits with built motors!

dylmrt: Thanks Dylan . I think I might be able to get a little bit more out of it but not much more, maybe a max of 10rwkw or do you think I'm dreaming? I was only running 1.2 bar, no adjustments were made to the cam gears, no fan directed to intercooler and tuned on a 25 degree day. Furthermore the tuner was pressed for time so there was virtually no cool down between runs. Yeah I remember reading somewhere they discontinued this turbo years ago. Adrian (greddy_es) said he wants one.

another 10rwkw is not out of the question, but really if its a safe tune, i'd be happy with that kinda result from that kinda turbo. I ran the k1 at 21psi boost and it really struggled to make any more power, so i dropped it back down to 18psi back in the day just as the day to day tune.
more than enough power to be very fun!
