Update - Picked up the dump pipe today, put it back in, along with heat wrapping it and the turbo exhaust housing too. Put the wideband sensor in and began to run it to the controller location. Just need to sort out the coolant, vacuum lines, a few little electrical things and put back the cold pipe of the intercooler piping, think that's it. Im towing it down to the tuner Friday, so only have 4 days to get this ready. I also have a mate making up a brace like the brake master cyclinder stopper, but it will include both the brake master cyclinder and the clutch master cylinder to brace them both up as with my heavy clutch, there is flex in the fire wall when pressing the clutch in..

vacuum lines done, gearbox oil full after some trouble with filler plug. Wideband setup sorted out with the gauge/LCD display being mounted on the ash tray lid. Picking up my optima yellow top battery today Then its just continually checking/filling coolant and finish wiring up the engine lid fans Getting close also, what's everyones opinion in running 215/35/17 for the front and 245/35/17 for the rear? Just that way the speedo will pretty much be the same as standard.

Seems like most guys run a 40 profile. 215/40 R17 235/40 to a 255/40 R17 35 Profile: New rear tire is at 98KPH when spinning at the old tire's 100KPH . 40 Profile: New rear tire is at 102KPH when spinning at the old tire's 100KPH .

That will work well, just depends what width front rims you get. I found with 8inch wide fronts with 215 the tyre had too much strech and caused a lot of tram lining. 7.5inch wides with a 215 work really well though.

+1 40 profile... I checked mine with the GPS the other day and ACTUAL is ~97 km/h when INDICATED is 100 km/h, which is good since it's not reading under.

on my old set up i was running 215/40/17 up front and 245/35/17 in the rear on 8 and 9 inch rims. The speedo was perfect. They were also Kuhmo extasa KU31 or something like that. hth... also, i like what you have done with the car.
