I just read through this build thread a bit more carefully than I have before, and I realised that you have done even more work to your engine than I initially thought! As you said to me before, the mods are very similar to mine.

One thing I am wondering though, is your engine 2.0L or 2.2L? I can't find that mentioned anywhere.
Apparently my car is being tuned on MRC's Mainline dyno this week, so it will be nice to be able to compare to your dyno result which is also on a Mainline dyno.
Unfortunately I can't compare to my own previous dyno results because MRC had a Dyno Dynamics back then, and they just recently changed to Mainline. I'm thinking that I might take my car to another Dyno Dynamics dyno after it is tuned on the Mainline dyno, to see the difference compared to my old dyno graphs.

There is an extensive build thread for my car here: http://www.mr2australia.com/mr2play/tm.aspx?m=18316

Hey Rob,

yeah the engine is still just the 2L, I did think about doing the 2.2L and if I had my time over again, I would have done it.
Look forward to seeing your results, and I wouldnt be too fussed over the dyno result over your last one, as the guys I dealt with say mainline dynos read lower then the dyno dynamic dynos anyway..

finally got it back with the ecu controlling the boost now, made a little more power and torque at the same boost levels, so its finally gone over 300kw.

So i have to say that i am happy with that for now until I decide on how I want to go about a flex fuel setup

yes this is true, will get onto it... it made 306kw and 629nm torque, took 23psi to get there but the tuner says its relatively save as its getting more then enough fuel and they didnt play with the adjustable cam gears or do much in terms of changing or advancing the timing

I now own this car. Just change the head gasket to 2.2 Apexi I have now retune the car. It is now set-up for track work. Changed tune to a lower 288.8rwkw on 98ron at 18psi. But increase rpm to 8200 and torque to 376nm.  Add duel maps switch, which is for E85, this tune is 337.2rwkw at 23psi rpm 8200 and torque to 449nm, with a 3 second push to pass option giving 500nm torque at 5000rpm. This  car has totally change on how it drives it clean and crisp and reliable and less heat. Looking forward on testing it at Mallalar. Just need big brakes and tune suspension.
