getting closer, only got the following until hopefully tuning 2nd attempt... Different tuner this time though: 1. Fix the crack in the sump - prob try the loctite stuff on the weekend 2. Replace a few of the smaller coolant hoses with braided items as some of them seem a little soft for my liking 3. Configure the new TPS that I put in tonight 4. Finish bleeding coolant 5. Wire in the MSD Tach adapter and try and get the rev gauge on the dash working 6. Wire and plumb in the bosch idle speed control valve That's all, getting closer.. Also am waiting for a mate to weld/fab up a brake and clutch master cylinder brace to prevent the firewall flex..

ok after a few issues with dash cluster wiring, spent roughly 2 hours re-pinning it last night, everything works as it should including the rev gauge. I have wired and plumbed the idle speed control valve and working and also configured the TPS to be working correctly now too. Didnt end up using the MSD tach adapter though, so now i have that sitting in my shed with the rest of the random parts. I also need to get hold of these 43459-17010 which are the cork gaskets that go at the joint of the inner/outer CV joints if anyone know where I can get them from without paying a massive amount for postage?

I used a thick gasket paper with a gasket sealer on the two faces.

ok a small oil leak turned up once again, was the dizzy o-ring, but me being me, decided to just purchase a rebuilt one from road and track, completely ruling out that being an issue at all... been away with work a heap, just need the axel seals done and the car is also booked in for the 17 august for a tune... also, I have purchased a new tow rig

man this s*^t never ends... I finished everything that I thought needed doing, started the car up and after about 1 minute, i found a fuel leak coming from a hard line that runs along the firewall... whats the best way to fix this? I only have 1 week to fix this issue as its booked into the tuner again. Id prefer not take it out, is it possible to put something around it at all to solve the issue or is there no other option but to pull it off and fix?

What pressure reg are you running? Pretty sure that whole line is pretty easy to replace on a stock style setup. I guess you could replace the lot with fuel hose?
