Has anyone got any footage they'd like to contribute to this?
Gopro stuff is excellent quality if the res is set right, but if there's any phone stuff that captured something spectacular its in too.

January 12-13th, 2015.
Thanks for the help everyone. The info pack is pretty much sorted but will make adjustments to the programme based on numbers as of December.

When the possibility of Sun/Mon appeared I was hoping for that, but............ aahh well I'll make it work. Just means I'll probably have to miss the fun of watching the chilli challenge again..... Unless we have a longer than usual Christmas break, we never know until about a month before.

The circuit needs the start of the year for track works and the timing providers also need a break so its very hard to get an earlier date.
I will talk with management to see if I can get the Thursday/Friday but not very optimistic. I would have done the Sunday but there is a Historic meet on the Sunday. If you have not seen a historic race meet this is a great chance to do so but we cannot run on this day.
The only other option is to try for a mid year date but this increases the chance of a wet event where as the January dates lend to a dryer event.
Also need to know who is interested in trying out the other tracks. Marulan/Luddenham/Eastern Creek(if we can wing a practice day date) in the few days before WP. Will chase this up next week. Its mainly for the interstate guys so they can cover all the tracks after making such a journey to get the trackday.
The new MTC PayPal option is now available so you can now pay with a credit card.

Hi Steve, as stated in one of my previous posts, us 'Interstaters' - adelaide guys, would love to do as many other tracks as possible. As dates currently sit, we plan on leaving on early Saturday morning 10th around 4am & hopefully arriving at the track around 7pm that same night. Is there any chance we could have track accomadation from Sat night on wards? We all (approx 4) will be staying for the entire week, heading back to Adelaide no later than Friday 16th Jan, if events take us out to that date.

Other tracks sound good and Mine is 15 minutes from Luddenham and 20 from SMSP. So could store cars here or be able to use carport and workshop if needed.

That will not be a problem. If we cannot stay at the track, we will stay just around the corner. We could do Marulan on the Sunday but may be better to do it on the Wednesday for a few hours then drive to Sydney for the other tracks. Still need to confirm the other tracks but will have some info in the coming weeks. Good to see you guys are coming over again.

Highlander confirmed there will be another Toyota powered car coming in 2015. Its a open wheeler hillclimb car which does the 1/4 in 8.8 seconds and a 60 second lap of Wakefield. He will be joining in a number of the events over the weekend.
Certainly hope a friend will have his Supercharged 2GR SW20 ready for the trackday. That will be a sight to see.
