I'll book in soon. Just need to organise with work first. Wouldn't mind a drift session at all! Prep for that is easy. Just put the street tyres back on! I think the short circuit we ran last time would be good for that.
Steve- bring the pug if the mr2 won't be ready.

I'm down for a Drift sesh too, but I would need someone down there to bring a pair of wheels with crap tires to use. my spares wont fit in the car....

I am bringing the Pug! aiming for a 1:15. Better bleed the brakes first as it could get a little interesting! Yes, I will chase up the drift option today

Just made the call.
Drifting will be added to MTC. I will sort out the timing for it over the next few days but it will be on both days for a few short sessions.
I have booked 4 cabins for Monday night with a 5th on call. That's up to 75 people. Pretty handy for guests, spectators and clubbies coming along for a cruise and a chat.

Steve I'm stripping the 300 awkw sw20 down to make a race car, going add cage etc. I'm planning to do Modern Regularity or Circuit racing at Mallalar. Should have it setup for MTC 16, to have crack at Ken's time in circuit class. ps Beat the Evos.

I'm in the street class, but I've gotta conserve the tyres as I've gotta drive 2000kms home on them, so i wont be drifting sorry. (Not really my thing anyway)

Short course is perfect for drift!
1st, 2nd, 3rd and 5th corners were easy enough to slide through in my NA.

Will the drift section count towards the overall point score?
I'm not real keen doing that in my daily with its 24yo gearbox.
