I'll probably just do the 2 days but I'm keen! How long is that special on for? It's bill fortnight so I won't be able to pay for a few more weeks.

Nice, You will not be disappointed. Great to see you are coming along. You still have till 1st November but the sooner the better from the organisers perspective. Here is the link to the entry forms: http://www.ultimatetrackdaychallenge.com.au/?page_id=68 . If you wish to pay via paypal there is a transaction fee or you can pay directly into the trackday challenge account. Cheers!

Just a little update on proceedings. Looks like we have 10 entries so far with close to the same putting their hand up to come along. Most of these people are debutants. Great to see more new faces joining the MR2 Australia's Trackday Challenge in 2015. I have been in discussion with a particular driver who owns the fastest hillclimb car in the country. Its an open wheeler with a Judd F1 engine which has been stroked to 4.0ltr. It is 2 seconds a lap quicker than the McLaren F1 over the top of the hill at Bathurst. So yes, it is a weapon and he is keen on coming along to our humble trackday to break the all time track record at Wakefield Park. It will be a sight to see! There are a few other open wheelers who are interested which will spice up the event. I have attached the timeline for Monday/day one. Please have a look and add some feedback if you like. I did have 5 sessions on the first stage of the day but this reduced the time for passenger sessions at the end of the day. The tarmac stage is now staged to your set group so you can plan your lunch around your sessions. You will have 35 mins between sessions to pick up your lunch .This needs to be ordered first thing in the morning with a ETA when you wish to pick up or you will waste a an hour of your day waiting for lunch. Any requests from budding photographers or pro/semi pro, please provide requests for locations and formats so it can be worked into the program. Cheers Steve

The judd powered car red and from Lismore? I am keen to put my name down for this Steve but don't know my vehicular status at this time. I am looking at selling the Exige for a track only race car, hoping I wont be between cars at the time, but depends how long it takes me to move the Exige.

Hey B24, I'm definitely coming with the SDUB. I'll enter and pay after next pay day. I've been concentrating on making my car lighter. I'm aiming for a 1.07s lap. Fingers crossed!

No, its Dean Tighe's car. I will be chasing up a few more for the trackday. There are three tentative bookings so far. As long as you can bring one down to the trackday, all good!

Yes I know bud. It would be odd if the MR2 Australia car did not show up to the MR2 Australia Trackday! Also keeping an eye on your work. you should be able to get to a 1.07 with a little more work. Would be great to get all the other MR2's out of the garage and onto the track as there are a few scattered around the country.

Great to see you are coming back in 2015. Nice work on the KE70. I am sure it will be quick! Are you going to fit a cage?

I've entered and paid. I chose the entry fee and 2 nights accommodation on the entry form though PayPal only wanted to charge me for the entry fee which includes 1 night accomodation, not the additional night accommodation as well. I paid for the extra night manually using PayPal. Thanks and see you there!
