Gen 3 turbo race spec engine

I have a Gen 3 turbo engine that was originally built for competition work. I'm just refreshing it at present . block sleeved for big boost, forged Arias pistons, shot-peened rods with ARP bolts, ARP head studs, big-valve head, ported etc, crank lightened and wedged, balanced etc etc. Obviously it will get new Cometic MLS head gasket, timing belt & water pump . It will be available in a month or so. It is not a complete engine, just a "bare long". in other words, no turbo, manifolds, distributor etc. I expect final price will be around $6500. A deposit will secure it.

SW20 gear lever boots

genuine Toyota leather ones are now back in stock. these include the plastic ring around the bottom. $62

billet cranks & rods

some of you will have read the prior post about some locally made 3SG & 4AG cranks. that is still valid.

however, after months of chasing , I've managed to finally source some quality cranks & rods made in china (yes, there are good suppliers there, but many are rubbish). This company supplies various cranks and rods to top US "sport compact" tuners like Titan , FAT & Crower, and locallly V8/V6 experts, COME Racing

At this stage, billet cranks for 4 cyl engines like 4A, 7A, 18R, 3S, 5S & 3T series engines will be around $2400. matching rods will be around $150/rod. In most cases , the stroke can be varied , but the extra cost (if any) will depend a bit on volume. These prices refer to their "standard weight" cranks, which are not quite as light as some speciality race cranks, but they cost much less. I can get a lightweight version of some cranks for a bit extra $. For the techno minded, all the cranks are made from certified 4340 steel billets and then balanced and heat treated if required . Rods likewise, and use ARP2000 bolts

Clearly, longer stroke cranks will require different pistons and/or rods, so you have to allow for that also.

At this time, all I really need is an expression of interest to gauge likely volumes. Please only express interest if you will be definitely prepared to pay a deposit once the deal is finalised , say about 4 weeks . Final payments can be progressive and i expect the delivery will be 3 months

billet cranks

we can supply billet 4AG/3SG/3SGTE cranks at a special price of $3750 outright or $3450 if included as part of an engine build. One of our supliers has a couple of excess ones he wishes to clear at this special price. Expensive, but what you really need for outright performance engines to eliminate the cracking risk. Note, these all have a 41mm big end journal and have the flats ground on the front should you wish to use a conventional oil pump.
we also have 1 only, early lightweight 4AG billet crank. these are super rare and a left-over from GpA race days. $2550

3SG beams engine **SOLD**

rare 3SG "beams" variable valve timing engine, computer & loom $3500. came out of an ST202

AW11 AC compressor

How much would I be looking at for one of these?

Also, I ordered a full set of radiator hoses from you guys a few weeks ago, any word on how that's coming along?

best aftermarket turbo set up?

hi i was just wondering what the best aftermarket turbo setup is for the sw20, is the n*power setup any good or no better than the ct-26? i know of the Greddy TD-06 and the Greddy T-67 but they get on the price'y side of the market is there any other good bang for buck turbo's?

Help Road and Track!!!!!

Hey guys,

I have just done the engine in my 92 3SGTE and wanted to know what my options are in regards to getting a rebuild from you.

I realise this is an open ended question, kinda like, "how long is a piece of string," but any thoughts would be great.

Regards
