Yep I'm doing the same and waiting till some sucker sells cheap because they're "going overseas" or whatever lol. In the meantime I'll be trying to keep the 2 alive. :)

2k isnt much to pay to get the car now..

There'll likely be a revision update within 18 months as well, probably with price changes along the way also

I just hope they sell 1000's of them so I can buy one 2nd hand in a year or so. Hopefully for around 20k.

I spoke to a dealer today, he hadnt heard of that delay.
He said that each dealer had an allocated amount, so guessed that was from a particluar dealer who had sold his whole allocation.
Surok may not have such a long wait.

No it wasn't, that was from the Toyota Australia marketing manager. Individual salespersons know FA and they all tell you different things.
Basically, if you haven't paid a deposit yet then you wait wait wait. For the ones who have, they're OK.
