Did you follow anything up with Cap Weir on Spyderchat? If you have the codes and whats not happening he would be able to help more than anyone else. Just do what he says.

i have fixed many spyder's, one wrong alignment in the smt  and the car wont work properly
but will need to know more info, inorder to solve the problem...
you can start telling me what part they changed?

But as sweetpete will argue, the 'proper' manual zz is a nice car. 

 
I've driven both, and I agree that the manual transmission is great for that car.
