OK if you're out in front but you might consider some course mesh to take the energy out of stones (track debris) on the rare occasions when following.
I used Gutter Guard plastic mesh behind grille to protect a very soft aluminium air to water heat exchanger in my road car cause ""Bloody Paddy drives right up under the arse of everything we approach"". MANIAC.
He's not too bad at it otherwise though.

There are unfortunately no easy options with a NA engine. I reckon that extractors and a free flowing exhaust including decat would be the best start.

It's been a long time since I provided an update. I finished repairing the rear of the car after my crash at World Time Attack, and now I'm concentrating on fixing up the front of the car. The front splitter was damaged from the crash, so I decided to redo it and to do a better job this time. I also decided to redo the front wheel arches. I have nearly finished the front splitter, and I will be starting on the new front wheel arches tomorrow. Everything behind the A-pillars is finished and resprayed. After I have finished the front splitter and the arches, I will take the bonnet, front guards, nose, and side mirrors to get resprayed. After that, I'll work on getting the car ready for a dyno check, and setup of boost by gear. That should help to make it more easy to drive without spinning the back wheels from too much power/right foot. After that, I'll take it for a practice run. 👍
