4AG 86kw block, chemically cleaned, bored oversized, decked, supplied with new 0.5mm oversized pistons & rings. Wrapped and ready for use. $450

4AG 215mm race clutch. Rebuilt & uprated heavy duty pressure plate with brand new Exedy puck clutch plate, plus lightened Silver top flywheel. Ultimate “useable” clutch for any 4AG. $350

4AG Blacktop 20V crankshaft. Will suit all 7 rib 4AGs. Cleaned, linished, measured and wrapped $350

7AG 16 valve engine. Done about 40 hours since complete rebuild. Block bored etc, special rods, forged pistons, lightened wedged & cryo treated crank, modified oiling galleries on crank, balanced, race bearings, uprated oil pump, small port head all overhauled & ported with new oversized 1-piece race valves, shimless buckets, 288 cams with adjustable gears, TRD springs, new timing belt, water pump etc etc when built. Can currently be heard running but will be coming out of car soon. $3800

4AG 16 & 20V engine “leftovers”. Lots of small brackets, pumps, manifolds etc. Nothing rare.

20V Blacktop head with quads. Fully race ported, valves & seats redone, 277 cams, all reshimmed, uprated springs, faced, cleaned and ready to fit. $2200

7AG short motor. Block chemically cleaned, decked, bored & torque plate honed. Lightened wedged & nitrided crank, oiling on crank modified, Forged Arias pistons, race spec bearings, special rods, all balanced assembled & not used. $3500

we have just received the first batch of rack mounts, moulded in urethane. $35/pair.
Thes fit AW11, various FWD Corollas, AE86 Sprinter

we have a limited number of AW11 S/c and N/A standard engine mounts. All 1 price $88 + post.
We can now supply replacment rubber inserts for the rear mount only, but you will need a press to change them.
We also have exchange heavy duty lower mounts for $121 exchange. These dont fail like the stock toyota ones.

Hey. Do you guys have a front engine mount on the drivers side for a 1990 NA MR2?? also i need an exhaust mount. The one on the drivers side. Its the last one from the engine coming out if that makes sense!!Thanks

we have a customer wishing to sell his AW 11 that needs a bit of mechanical work.
good bits......... clean blue cloth trim, tidy exterior, paint etc. everything seems to work OK and it drives reasonably well. good tyres. no mods.
not so good bits.........engine uses a bit of oil but goes OK, needs clutch replaced, terrible 3rd gear syncro, needs steering repairs, 1 engine mount and muffler mount repaired

can be sold as-is (un-registered) or with safety certificate if we do the necessary repairs. we have a 52,000km GZE engine & box to install if required.

depending on $ , will come with factory mags or the 17's shown in picture

I understand that you are able to supply a quality relocation kit consisting of the block adaptor, stainless hoses & fittings and filter block for about $400 (as opposed to the crappy ones that leak). Is this still an accurate price for a gen 2, 3SGTE SW20 ?

If so, I have a few questions :
Is the block adaptor a spin on type as I don't think the conventional sandwich adaptors will fit given the close priximity of the dump pipe, dip stick and AC pipes ?

Does the filter block accept fittings for oil pressure and temp sender units (specifically 1/8 NPT) ?

Where would the filter be located ? I understand any relocated filter should not be placed higher that the factory location as this could compromise oil pressure upon start-up. In my case, I think the only viable location would be underneath the dump pipe somewhere as there is a big PWR intercooler occupying the right hand side area.

What would you charge to install the kit ?

Could a noob like me install the kit with basic knowledge and tools, or are these kits best left to a professional like yourself ?

with the falling A$, everything is changing, with some wholesale suppliers altering their prices to us on a daily basis.

of course, there is nothing we can do. if you need anything that is clearly not made in australia, then buy it now. new stock from the USA for example, is almost 30% dearer than 3 months ago.
