Sorry no MR2 Deities discount ha ha.

For people who are not current MR2 Club members the cost for the day is $95, but still well worth it IMO.
Although each run doesn't take much over a minute, it's still a fantastic adrenalin rush.

Hmm for short hill climbs would you guys recommend semi slicks or just good street tyres? I feel semi's would be marginally faster but would be a waste of tread and heat cycles?

You would struggle to put much heat in any tyre. I would use whatever tyres work best cold out of tyres you have.

Yes the semi's on the rear can be warmed but the fronts don't. So not that much gains to be had at a hill climb.

I ran my semi's last year and they gripped beautifully, I know it's not optimum conditions but still worked well.
The year before that I was on good street tyres and they worked just fine too.

I've also found good street tyres worked fine for this type of event on that circuit, for a stock NA anyway.

Guys we are on the verge of closing entries, there are literally two spots left and I am beating back people from every direction wanting to bring mates.
If you want in, get your entry in now as we would hate to have to turn away club or forum members.
