I ran the lines under the fuel tank, then over the steering rods, underneath the car. Then at the back of the Radiator fans put a 90Deg elbow on each line and run towards the outside of the car (so to speak) on each side. I think one side followed the A/C line. You can then you can bend it around just beneath the headlights 180 Degrees to the front of the radiator where you'd have your heat exchanger.
I did have issues fitting the tubing past the hand brake cable assembly under the fuel tank and had to shrink the pipework to fit. I used Air compressor braided tubing, and in hindsight am looking to change it to that clear tubing . Looks to have a smaller wall so should be easier to install and seal. The current tubing is so rock hard when cool it leaks in so many places!
Anyone know of any 19mm barbed joiners that have a threaded hole for a temp sensor? Would be good to use for could for bleed/drain plugs, even a water temp sensor!
