Power windows solved, but now mirrors...

After taking a short hiatus, I'm back! (only to be asking for help lol)
So my LHS power window stopped working after a very "spirited" run a few days ago but it was working perfectly fine before that. Regulator was replaced when I bought the car back in 2011 and I think electric motors are quite hardy so it comes down to the wiring. Haven't checked fuses but RHS works fine so that should be ok.
Anyways funny story with this one. Back when it was working fine, I was driving down a downhill bend and during mid-corner, the LHS windows just suddenly rolls down automatically (dafaq/lol)...Mate says it's prob the ground wire, but I'm not sure how to check it?? Clueless when it comes to electricals
And now that it's stopped working, I've suddenly needed to use the LHS window more lately and this has become a PITA hah

Although it most often happens with the driver's door, the wires often break inside the flexible rubber boot between the door and doorpost. Problem may not be that, but keep it in mind.
Anyway, you will probably have to remove the trim and check the switch with a multitester, but you will need a circuit diagram for the wire color codes that you can Google up and download free.

Well before checking if the "window lock" was pressed or not, I had already taken off both door cards. And to my embarrassment/incompetence the window lock button was depressed. Once "unpressed" LHS window worked fine. Another facepalm moment...
However! It does not explain how my window rolled down during a corner. And (new problem) why my power mirror switch/master switch does not match up with the power mirror wire harness (attached pic)

Theory/suspicion: the power mirror harness was swapped with another model/car that is non GayDM since my master switch is GayDM style with retractable function

There are two rows of pins at different heights in the picture I can see 4 pins that are not connected.

turn it 90 degs and watch everything work

i did the same thing ages ago-took me a while to figure out what was going on!
spent hours looking for wiring diagrams and testing, only to have my old man point out the fact those 4 back pins were not touching the plug!

lol Tree you silly, those plugs get everyone who has attempted this mission
whats Andy said is correct the wires need to be horizontal to the plug not vertical like it is  you will work it out eventually like everyoen else did (me included)
    cheers
