Wtd: Sydney-SW20 white doors plus other parts.

Looking for the following:-
1. White drivers door or the internals - central locking, locks, window motor and mechanism (i have the glass)
2. White passenger door
3. Drivers front fog light
4. Original Gear knob, boot and surround
5. Passenger black visor
