Hi guys. Bad news im afraid. Just got an email from him saying he was tied up and will dispatch them Monday. So please dont take any days off or anything until I post up the tracking numbers. Sorry about this. The AW11 boys also had the same lagg in their shipping but they got theirs.
Dispatch monday means most of you will get them tuesday except for one going to a zone 3 in FNQLD.
Sorry to all for the delay.

In the track and trace field type in the consignment number that applies to you .
 
Click the heading 'Freight Items Tracking' for a little further info. But it will give you the ETA date of arrival so please watch out for it.

Please check these. It will update in the morning when it arrives at your local depot. When it shows "on board for delivery" that's exactly what it means.
 
When you see this, please ensure someone will be there to receive. Otherwise I am going to get smashed with twice the delivery fee as they charge to drop it back at the depot and then to redeliver.

Btw I tried calling star track today to change it to pick up at the depot. But they said they can't change anything. I had to call the company that sent them (dicker data) I spoke to allen I think. He said he will email me when he changes it. Haven't got an email yet. If it does try to get delivered to my house then I think I can say ill pick it up. But because its in transit I cant do anything.

Wait for Alan. If he has requested a change, then the Startrack account manager has to notify the depot. Once the depot receives it and confirms, they will notify him and he will email you.

Whenever you request a change like that it takes a day or so to organize.

You couldn't request prob as you are not the customer. Dicker Data is. So please sit and wait for Alan

got it finally, never heard from allen, nor did he do anything that helped, he re-booked it in to be delivered twice (Thursday and Friday) before it arrived at my local depot, and star track have worst customer service, on the phone for 2 hours on 3 different days, (mostly on hold) they hung up on me twice. and one sway bar is scratched and marked and 1 bag is half open, don't know if anything is missing yet.
 
but Blue2, you did a great job. Big thanks man. startrack can suck it.
