Awesome job and great write-up! I'd love to do something like this just gotta get motivated to start.
What projectors are they? RHD?
Did you say these were true Bi-xenon hi-lo?

When do they go into series production so we can all buy them? :)

Thanks man!
Yup.... They are Bi-Xenon....
RHD
I used the Morimoto FX-R 3.0.  So I have full working Hi/Lo beam.... They are Osram 5000k globes and Denso ballasts.

I'll second that last comment - would you consider doing the headlight mod, and offering them for sale on an exchange basis?  I probably could do it myself, but I've got enough on at the moment . . .

WOW guys!
What an awesome response! Ummmm I would love to make these for a living.... heheh!
I dunno how many people would be interested once they see the cost involved tho?!!?!?

IMOThe light output is actually better than my 07 Accord... and they are usually considered one of the best factory HID cars?!

This was pretty much the most expensive kit they do... there can be cheaper options... I just didnt want to muck around...

I dunno... a rough would probably be $1500!?!?

Yeah that's a pretty hard core price haha
No doubt worth it if excellent lighting is what your after.

I have been debating dropping $1100 on LED drop in lights but struggling to part with the cash.

The ones I've been looking at are made by JW Speaker in the USA. The model number is 8900.

http://www.jwspeaker.com/products/headlights/?filter=ECE#product=100161
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uiQdDGivFY0
They are available in ECE approval and left hand traffic configuration which is nice.

They are like $550 each though. They seem quite impressive, just not many of people using them due to the high price I think.
