Coilover spring rates

I am currently building myself some coilovers for my SW20 (3sgte). Sleeve kit + koni inserts. I am ready to order my springs and want some peoples thaughts and experience with spring rates.
I'm not real concerned about comfort as my car is only used for car club events + travel to and from events.
Events include track days, hillclimbs, motokhanas etc.
I was just going to order the std japanese spring rate which seems to be 5kg/mm front & 8kg/mm rear.
TRD circuit are heaps stiffer in the rear. Spring rates are 6kg/mm front & 12kg/mm rear
So I'm not 100% sure what spring rates to order.
