Who's doing what with their MR2 this long weekend?

Going for a drive?
Working on it?
Attending an event?

I plan to do a bit of driving and tackle some of the things on the to do list if time permits.

Remember to stay safe and don't do anything to get the attention of the boys in blue, and Happy Easter to those that celebrate it!

My coilovers are going back in and I've got sway bars to fit.

I'd love to go for a drive but I can't trust myself on long weekends.

Taking a peek at it under its covers.....Poor Deuce hasn't had much road time since the preggy Wife can't handle the ride quality right now.

Was planning to take it to weekend golf game, but the course is too close & the car wouldn't even be at operating temperature by the time I get there. Gave it a good thorough wash during the week at least.

    Giving her a wash.
Thought about going for a nice long drive on saturday if the weather is good, but might give that a miss until leaky sump fixed next week.  Mechanic suggested that maybe just do the driving around town.

I assume you're talking about your black MR2? Has there been any progress on the red one?

I''ll be replacing a set of injectors, re-wiring the engine bay loom and replacing a few suspension bits here and there.  If I have time there's a timing belt that needs replacing and a few oil leaks that need attention.

I'm trying to get the car ready for a track day later in April, and ready for Aaron's old Megasquirt2 to be installed (ideally before, but probably after the track day).

Go soothingly on the grease mud as there lurks a skid demon.

PM me and we'll organise an installation date :)

I think I'll install the front set of Apex lowered springs into the AW11.  Maybe even change the front ball joints whilst i'm in there.

Drive the white one out of shed.

Bolt in seats and screw in mirrors
Find where I put the drivers side targa roof if found, hose 3 months of dust off it.

If not found drive it back in the shed for another 3 months.

Competed in my aw11 last weekend, Vic hillclimb Championship! will probably give it a break but it needs a wash to get a weeks worth of dust and road grime off.
