Hey Steve, I tried to send you a PM but your inbox is full. I am inquiring as to whether you still need volunteers to help official the event? It was mentioned on a much earlier page. ALSO I wanted to ask about one of the regulations in the street class, It doesn't seem to have been brought up but I am not sure if I am reading too much into it. OEM linkages must be retained, no aftermarket adjustable lover control arms, no adjustable tie rod links, no adjustable camber allowed. How far do you take this no adjustable tie rod links, no adjustable camber? is this rule so you can't allow a car that has toe and camber adjustment? AW11's have adjustable camber and adjustable tie rod arms from factory, does that mean All AW11's are bared from Street class? Like I said, am I reading it the wrong way?

I would be thinking this refers to top camber plates, rode end toe links etc., not factory or factory pattern parts . . .

Remember that you don't need adjustable camber to have decent negative camber. There are many ways to achieve it. "Adjustable" means something completely different to "adjusted". I should have been a lawyer haha. C'mon guys, don't worry about which class you are in. You'll have a great time at the event. That's all that matters. I used to have loads of trophies (lots of 2nd and 3rds!) from track events over the years and I ended up throwing them all in the bin. They don't mean anything. It's best not to care about that stuff. Doing this event is all about having fun with mates. It's not really a competition. I'll be on the track with B24 in the circuit class. I couldn't give a **** if he is faster or I am faster. All I want is great Gopro footage of us battling it out (assuming I can keep up) and then having a laugh with B24 afterwards. Please keep it in perspective. Rant over

Hello Joel, I just cleaned up the mailbox. I need more space Admin! please.. Yes, some help would be great. I will send though some info soon. Will also check the reg's as I didn't realize I was not allowing adjustable lovers in the car. This inclusion is for aftermarket adjustable components not factory components. Will review this too. Thanks for picking up on this as I have not looked at the document for a little while. Cheers

Lol, just read your rant Admin! Almost word for word from the 2013 thread! The concept of classes and finding holes in them and fixing it is all part of the journey. I personally enjoy it. BTW, don't worry about me being too quick, watch out for Ian. I have a feeling he will smash Modified Street Over 2.0ltr on the full circuit. EVO's will need to be doing a sub 1.10 to keep up. Just pass that on to Steve We are very close to 20 entries with most being MR2's. There is one guy coming in from W.A. How cool is that! Just need a S.A. and N.T. entry to complete the circle. The guys at Road and Race and Rev Doctor are also showing interest in coming along. Possible Z06 Carbon Corvette 7.0ltr and two Improved Production RX3's. Not confirmed yet so have to wait and see. Looking like another great few days at Wakefield Park.

He was doing low 1m 8s yesterday. I had a drive of it and was doing 1m 9s straight away. They are so easy to drive fast!

#276 " . . . Will also check the reg's as I didn't realize I was not allowing adjustable lovers in the car. . . " Not sure about adjustable, but if you meant flexible, that counts the wife and I out. Probably too much information there.
