Rebuilding coilovers

Hey yesterday I decided I wanted to lower my car a bit more so I started at it and got the drivers rear lower then started the passenger rear and it wouldn't budge we tried everything its seized up and the collars where just getting messed up from the c clips slipping out from them.
Just wanting to find out if they can be taken off and rebuilt so they work again. And if so where would you suggest I try in Brisbane.
Their JIC coilovers on a SW20

Cheers

Take them into a suspension shop and see if they have some chemicals or tools to help release the collars.
