Al Palmers 12th Annual Toyota Car Show - March 2nd - MR2 Club Pre-Meet

This is a great day out, with a number of us having attended previous years even taking home some trophies in a couple of various categories.

Al Palmers 12th Annual Toyota Car Show will be on once again on Saturday 2nd, March 2013. Starting at noon, all the entrants will display their vehicles in readiness for the judging and presentations at 3pm.
There will be a panel of six judges and vehicles will be judged with trophies presented for different categories. A large raffle will follow trophy presentations. Entry Fee $10.00 per vehicle. Anyone can enter the show if they think their car is good enough.
Some of the Sydney based car clubs taking place at the show include the Toyota MR2 Club of NSW, the Toyota Club of NSW, the Toymods Toyota Car Club, the Corolla Car Club and the Rising Sun Collectors Club.
Naturally the show is open to anyone who would like to come along to appreciate the Toyotas that are on show at no charge.
A sausage sizzle and soft drinks will be available to anyone who is hungry and we will provide giveaway info bags to all entrants on the day plus goodies for the kids. Please note all Toyotas are welcome to enter both old and new.

Pre-Meet Details:
We are organising a pre-meet for Al's show at Olympic Park, meeting at 10:30am for a departure at 11:00am; this will give us enough time to get to Al's and setup, hopefully get a nice lineup of MR2's parked next to each other and represent the MR2 Club of NSW and MR2's in general (would love to outnumber the rolla guys for once!)
Meet location: Australia Ave, Olympic Park - next to the ferris wheel frame after the P6 carpark (on your right heading from Homebush Bay Drive).

can't make it with that much notice! 

I'll pop down for the premeet and maybe drive to Als, won't stay long as will need to be at five dock at 1. See you guys then! Simon Dadi says hi btw Paul. :)

I'll try attend this. Given my location, I'd meet you all straight there.

I would love to make the turn out however my remote to the car got wet and now I can't turn my immobiliser off :(
I've also pretty much taken out the bottom part of my front bar :(

so whats the plan for the day if its raining? will the event still be on?

I'll monitor the weather, if it's pouring down, I won't attend.
 
Fingers crossed that isn't the case though.
