FS: Various Parts

Updated - 25/06/2013
Is there anyone interested in the following parts?

AW11 Brake Master/Booster = $50 ONO
AW11 Brake Master Cylinder = $15 (Straight out of my AW11 when I fitted a 1" Hilux master)
AW11 Headlight Relay Box - $30
SC14 Supercharger (Has SC12 rear cover with oil dip stick) - $300 (now on Ebay! - http://cgi.ebay.com.au/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=171065108486)
SC12 Supercharger (in parts, not 100% complete, good if you need parts for yours) - $100 ONO
SW20 Turbo Stock twin exit muffler - $50 (Bought from Chunkmo for same price a couple of years ago).

I'll be stripping down my SkidDub shell shortly, while most of the interior is spoken for, I'll have other little parts available for those chasing them (heater core, glove boxes, dash components, center console etc etc). Ask and I'll see if I have it spare.

All items located in QLD, shipping can be arranged at buyers expense.

Details on gearbox w/ LSD please.

S54 gearbox from a gen 1/2 SW20. I purchased it a couple of years ago from Moberman for $300. He had previously bought it from Beagle Senior (IIRC), who had swapped it out when he went turbo, he advised me at the time that it's not a crunchy box of cogs and drove nicely in his car. I not long after picked up an OBX helical LSD (quaife clone) for $350. I have disassembled this LSD, purchased new 12.9 grade bolts (common issue is they are sent with cheese grade bolts) and have ordered a bevel washer kit (to be fitted) to preload the tension on the LSD correctly. I also fitted a brand new set of bearings to the diff, which set me back $140 from Toyota. I have never driven this gearbox or LSD on the road before, so I cannot give much detail on the condition. I however had enough faith in it to put the whole assembly behind my 1MZFE swap, until recently where I was able to acquire a pair of E153 gearboxes, which allows me to expand my V6 build in the future to include some silly forced induction shenanigans.

What condition is the C56 in and how hard is it to change back to FWD configuration.

Gearbox is in fair condition for the age, it's notchy like most C series gearboxes but doesn't crunch any gears (with the exception of reverse gear once in a while when its cold). I purchased it from Terra Operative on Toymods, where it came from a AE101 rolla that he was stripping down and making into a 4AGZE. The only issue I have had with it was at the MR2 Challenge a few weeks back where a couple of times I was unable to get it to go into 3rd when down shifting from 4th at high revs (rev matching to 8500RPM). I'm assuming it might be something like my engine mounts or shifter cables moving around a bit and preventing me to get it into gear, because it never crunched and it was only once in a while (probably 5 times over 2 days and 100+ laps). I'm currently looking at dropping some redline gearbox oil into it to see if it helps with the shifting.

To swap it back to a FWD setup requires a full dis-assembly, including removal of 5th gear from the shafts. The AW11 center case needs removed along with the shifter linkage and shaft, then you need to swap on the FWD casing and shifter assembly. I did this in an afternoon on my garage floor with a 6-pack of rum and a gear puller :)

C56 is currently promised to Domma_AW11 if/when it becomes a sale item, if he doesn't want it, it will become available to others.

Spoiler is red, LEDs all worked when it was taken off my AW11 12+mths ago, but will give them a test this weekend to confirm they still work.

    First post updated.
Apologies to those who have PM'd me in the last week and received no response, I've had a string of family medical emergencies that have taken priority.
