1990 sw20 mechanical speedo sensor

Hi, I've looked around US website for the E153 speedo sensor, but what i've found is 1991-1995 Beck/Arnley sensor 090-5019 sensor, will that fit my mechanical cluster? Cause I've asked toyota and they are asking around $400 for it

What is the exact bit you need?
The '90 models have a mechanical speedo but the later ones are electrical.
That $400 quote sounds like it may be for an electrical sensor.

You would need to get the correct part number for your model for the actual bit you need  from Toyodiy.

    Then check out:

They have great prices and service.

My plastic gear and the 90degree connector broken. And I cant find any from wrecker. Not even from eBay. I only find the sensor under cruise control in lithia

That link doesn't get me to the right page.
I have found the Lithia Toyota website site is generally too hard to navigate unless you already have the correct part number.
Did you first check out the Toyodiy website, and could you locate the part number from the diagram for your model for the actual bit you need?

If we are we talking about the driven plastic gear at the gearbox end of the cable, the link below gives the details for your model.
