Or a Japanese fuel rail that dosnt have the csi port so I can delete the entire csi completely

    Thanks mate :)
Was torquing everything back up and noticed it was cracked then was leaking fuel :(

Will the fuel rail work on my ecu no problems? Or not should work from what I have read and asked.

dunno. depends on what the ecu does if no CSI is plugged in.

haven't had a chance to dig through my boxes yet.

Its a standrd metric thread (M8?) so you can just use a bolt to blank it off. That's what I did with mine, as it wouldn't fit properly with my aftermarket rail.
ECU doesn't throw any codes without the injector plugged in. If its anything like the 4AGE CSI, its operated by a very crude system, and will just get switched on based on a coolant temperature switch and a cranking signal.
I didn't bother replacing mine as I'm going to aftermarket ECU soon, but its barely noticeable that its missing.

Or do you mean blacky; I could just plug the csi port on the actual fuel rail?

Yeah, so long as you use a crush washer like the banjo fittings, it will plug the hole fine. Saves removing the rail too.

    Awesome,
    Thanks mate
    Will look into that.
    Saves me heaps of time

To access it just intake manifold off? And a couple if other things then just crush washer and bolt to plug the hole.
    Thank you

    The car hates me :(
Well it's kinda a long story I'll give you the full details at Wakefield (that is if I can solve problems in time :S) The water issue is the second tragedy first one was pretty major as well lol
Mostly a dire combination of bad mechanic, non OEM config

We are men with nerves of steel lol. Do you need it before the trackday? If so I'll bring it along and you can have it :) (after a passenger ride :P)
