The ride is firm, little bumpy on the rough roads around my region, but nothing horrible (I don't get out of the car with sore kidneys or a broken back). Body roll is alright, but I have a whiteline sway bar on the front and an SW20 turbo rear sway bar on the back, so they are probably doing more work then the spring rates. Overall, I think this will be very "YMMV", as each persons preferences are different, however you cannot go wrong with the Koni shocks as apart of your suspension.

GC's have a great rep when coupled with konis. Comparing the ride against other brands wouldn't be a true indication as I've tried Buddyclub versions on another car then GC's & there was a world of difference.
Spring rate is a factor as hinted at before.

I have a set of the sleeve coilovers but the rear sleeves wont fit over the strut housing. Even with a modifyed gland nut. So th fronts are on and seem fine but I cant get the rears to fit. Hence the reason im going to throw the sleeves etc in the bin and just use lowered springs...
Shame but oh well.. :(

The sleeves go on first, then you put the shock into the strut and put the gland nut in. Trying to fit the sleeve over the gland nut is not going to work.

I know. But the sleeves wont fit over the strut. With or with out the gland nut.
Like I said fronts will fit rears will not.
