Annual Christmas Run Sunday 9 December 2012

As previoulsy notified our Annual Christmas Run will be held on Sunday the 9th of December 2012.
Details are as follows:
Run Start Point: McDonalds Oxley - we will meet in the car park on the Harvey Norman side.
Run Start Time: 10.00AM gathering for a 10.30AM departure.
Run Route: As per the Run Sheet to be sent out via PM after names are placed on the Roll Call below.
Run Type: No more than 90 minutes driving, but on some very good roads. This is all about getting together for Christmas.
Run Destination: Lake Moogarah (note: Moogarah, not Maroon) - an area will be reserved for us with appropriate signage.
Need To Bring: Own food and drink, there are electric BBQ's, there is also a cafe very close by. The seating is a bit limited so if you have chairs then bring these also.
Run Activities:
1.   We will be holding a VERY short AGM for the Club to elect new office bearers (President, Secretary, Treasurer, Run Manager) and nominations will be taken on the day, plus discussion of Runs for 2013, and most importantly the Bi-Annual Nationals in Tasmania in September/ October.
2.    There will be a main prize awarded for "The Car That Has Been On The Most Runs In The Year", plus the President's Award for "The Person Who Has Made The Club Better By Just Being There". A further prize for the "Best Tattoo's" will also be given out.
3.    There will be some raffles run to raise some funds for the Club, with prizes including a HD In Car Video Camera and some other car-related items. Roar Power's father-in-law's book will also feature highly on the prize list so make sure you buy some tickets.
 
This is intended to be a big fun day, there will be cake as per usual, and you can have a say in how next year is going to go. So:
