[Norther NSW] 1988 AW11 Hardtop 4AGE

For sale - 1988 Toyota MR2 AW11
This car is in very good condition all round. Paint and body in good condition, very straight with no rust at all. 
Tyres are good with quite a bit of tread left. Its currently running on Lenso Blitz 15" mags.
This car is absolutely amazing to drive, it handles corners like nothing else! It is like driving a go cart. With the added suspension mods of aftermarket sway bars, strut bars and lowered/harder suspension, this car handles like a dream. 
Pushing it along is a wonderful 4AGE engine. This car has pleanty of power for a n/a 1.6L engine. Absolutely flies along the road with no problem what so ever. Engine doens't blow any smoke, does have a leaky dissy (very common and there a kits and tutorials around for replacing the o ring) but it's never been too much to worry about. 
Since owning this car I've reconditioned all the callipers with a genuine Toyota rebuild kit. New brake pads on the front. New exhaust (resonator and muffler, not too loud but a nice note and no drone!), new brake pads on the front, new swaybar links for front change oil filter, oil (with fully synthetic), minor gearbox service. The timing belt has been done at approx 230000.
The Good:- Lenso Blitz 15" with good rubber- Whiteline sway bars front and back- After market sway bars front and back- Adjustable castor tops for the front (did have coil overs but they were too harsh)- Brand new JVC head unit with Fusion 6.5" in the doors with a Jaycar Slimline sub behind drivers seat- Overhauled brake callipers- Crack free dash, very good interior- New exhaust- Full polyurethane bushing kit put through the car- No rust at all- Aftermarket extractors- Chipped ECU- Rego to March 15 but won't need RWC until Sept (I got short term rego)- I'm sure theres more!
Bad: - Missing plastic trim at top rear (replaceable, I just haven't done it)- Chip in windscreen, doesn't effect rego- Some stone chips- Dash is kinda loose? - Could do with a professional clean- Not the best condition AW11 but there are worse out there!
I'm only selling because it's time I got a sensible daily car. The roads around here are horrific and it is not the best. I've had my fun in this car and I believe it's time someone else does too!
