    Tempting :)
So with the Caldina manifold you just use the stock gen3 throttle body? Just bolts straight up with no problems?

Pretty much, the iscv cut away doesn't line up perfectly, but it didn't seem to affect operation. Still allowed enough air to maintain a steady idle.

I think I might have to pass. I really should address other more important issues on my car first.
If you still have the mani available in a few months I might be ready then.

    still here if anyone's interested.

i have a spare beams bottom end that i may work towards using to get it up and running again, the std beams bottom end with the gen3 head will get about 8.5:1CR as the pistons are flat top but below deck height. the CR increase in the beams is mostly down to the 33cc head (gen2/3 are about 45+cc)

but i'd rather sell the parts to fund a rull rebuild i have planned.

pic of adapter prior to install.

Does the turbo kit protrude much further out that say a CT20b? The ex-wastegate looks to stick out a bit?
In my AW11 the stock turbo exhaust housing is quite close to the heat shield. I'm trying to work out whether this would fit.
    Who made the kit?

caldina intake mani is sold pending payment sorry, yes the gen3 TB bolts straight up, the cutout for the ISCV doesn't line up exactly, but it didn't seem to effect idle at all.
