T3 Exhaust Manifold, GTX3071r Turbo and Aftermarket LSD

Hi All,

Can't get anymore power out of my car as the turbo is choking,

I am after a T3 exhaust manifold, cast or stainless with external wastegate port, a CT26 to T3 adaptor would also do.

GTX3071r Turbo with 0.63 A/R on the hot side

Also an aftermarket LSD to suit E153

I was planning on using an adaptor first but then was starting to think whether or not I would have clearance issues, I didn't want the GTX3071r hitting the gearbox as the comp inlet is 4"

The KO adapters are fine with the large comp covers. I bought a complete KO Racing GT35R kit which comes with the adapter and large comp cover.
Prob easier to buy the whole kit if you haven't already bought the turbo itself???

The KO street brawler kit is good, but the cost for the GTX3071R in their kit is $2950, I can get the turbo from my tuner for $1600 and I already have lines and a dump pipe, just need the manifold.

If I did not have the parts it would certainly be the kit I go for.

Is that 1600 with the exh housing? If so that's a very good price.

Do you have the Ex wastegate as well and does that connect to your existing dump pipe?
The KO adapter might work depending on the position of your wastegate.

I already have a 35mm 2 bolt wastegate, it looks like a tial knockoff.

Looks like you might have to work backwards then if you already have the position of the dump pipe exit and ex wastegate connection fixed/known.
Your adapter or manifold might have to be made to suit all the other parts locations etc?

Well I have the 4 bolt flanges and ct26 dump pipe already, I usually do my own fab work so I was going to weld new flanges onto the old dump pipe, so wastegate and DP location can be anywhere, I wanted to start with a manifold or adaptor first and work down.

I prefer to use cast manifold as it keeps the engine bay and cooler piping heat down.

Definately look at the KO and ATS racing adapters in that case.

lol 1699 is still a good price, but not as fall off chair $1600 flat :)

i'd highly recommend ditching the knock of 35mm gate for a 45mm genuine WG (turbosmart/TIAL) esp seeing as you can get mates rates etc.
