Garrett GT28rs turbo kit.

selling my old turbo setup (for a gen2), includes turbo, steam pipe manifold, air filter with side plate, intake and dump, if you are running a map sensor all you need to do is custom fit the dump pipe to your exhaust and custom intercooler intake, if not then need to modify the intake to fit the air flow sensor. the turbo has only done around 20 000ks, very very little lag, nice linear power curve, all piping is stainless steel including dump. UPDATE: just went though all the pieces, you will also need some nuts and bolts for the down pipe and manifold but u can use the stock one on your own car, also needed is the oil feed line because i reused it on my own car and also on the oil return u need the pipe adapter on the turbo.

UPDATE BONUS: I'll throw in a GFB atomic boost controller bleed valve.

reason for sale is i went to a gtx3037s,

UPDATE: for people who watch MCM (mighty cars mods) on youtube, in their latest episode (MAY 16 2013) they went to AM Auto in noosa where they tuboed a mx5, this is where this kit was made by the "turbo yoda" Al.  he is considered one of the best when it comes to fabrication. link is here, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vUKgKtMXec8

asking $1200 for the whole setup, dont want to split unless i can sell all of it. the cost to do this would be atleast double what im asking,
for pictures you can check out my build thread here: http://www.mr2australia.com/MR2play/tm.aspx?&m=11132&mpage=1 look at the most recent pics with the 28rs in to get an idea because i did change a bit after i bought the car.

It is very heavy so pick up only, but does fit in a smallish box, prob could get a courier to SEQLD cheaply, im in coolum on the sunny coast. any questions just ask.
cheers matt
UPDATE: PICS FINALLY

This is a good deal. I would buy it if it utilised the factory ex manifold etc.

it comes with a manifold, all you need to do is take it to an exhaust shop to weld up your exhaust to the dump pipe, and get them to make a bit that goes from the turbo to the intercooler, i will ask my mechanic how much they would charge to do it, i will update when i find out.

What I meant by factory manifold was in regards to the position of the turbo and also the fact that the ex manifold in your kit would'nt fit my engine.

no worries mate, this design was done this way to make it easy to work on and around the manifold and easy to remove also.

mrskylighter's saying it won't fit his engine due to being a gen3 head, yours is a gen2, exh bolt pattern etc is different. the design itself is fine and i can't believe it hasn't sold yet.

anyone thinking of getting a hiflow turbo or something should be jumping on this.
