Need help with power steering advice

Hi everyone I've searched all through the forum looking for help but everything I've tried doesn't work currently my power steering stopped working I pulled the relay out cleaned it put back in can hear the motor getting power than it just stops working should I be looking at the power steering pump instead any help will be greatly appriceated
