In the time I've owned it it has had the following done to it;
- Pedders sports suspension (receipts included)
- New rear cross member (receipts included)
- Air conditioning reconditioned (receipts included)
- New heavy duty sports clutch installed in mid '11 (receipts included)
- 2nd and 3rd gear syncros fixed in gearbox (receipts included)
- 260,000 GENUINE kilometres (yes, it is a daily that has done 40,000 in my five years of ownership)
- Original toolkit still in front trunk
- Original Manual
- TRD gear knob
- VDO Dayton head unit (black and not too showy!)
Here are some of the things that you will pick up upon visual inspection;
- Tear in the drivers seat bolster (which is covered with a seat covers to help with roadworthy)
- Bubble in the plastic trim over the transmission tunnel
- Driver's side door card in fair condition, dint where my elbow rests and plastic trim near door handle is cracked
- It has been keyed (quite deep needing two panels resprayed to rectify) on the driver's door and rear quarter panel
- Paint on bonnet and panels is in fair condition (would need a cut & polish to look immaculate)
- Dint on exterior passenger door near air vent (from a wheel barrow falling on it). Would need the panel beat out, bogged and resprayed to completely fix but honestly I haven't noticed it enough to fix during my five years of ownership.
- Targa Panels DO NOT LEAK!
- This model did not come with power steering
The body and interior is tired but the mechanicals are in fantastic condition, don't miss out on a great car!
