Wow, that's a big improvement on the last dyno run.
You respraying the spoiler again? Front bar looks okay, if its not up to your standards sand if back with wet 1500 then 2000 wet and dry sand paper (or even just 2000 depending on how much you want to take off) and then give it a buff with some cutting compound. Just be careful not to go thru the paint and wait a few days after painting it.

Thanks Ant1. You're a mind reader, front bar got sanded and buffed today (but given my intial results, had to start MUCH coarser than 1500 lol!). End result looks semi decent for a track toy I reckon, and I'm pleased with my second ever spray job. Spoiler will get re-done eventually.

Paint match is good, doesn't look bad at all in that photo.

Wow, I haven't posted in a while... So following the billowing clouds of smoke & issues I had in January, discovered the turbo was a bit fried. Reconditioned in May, all great. BOV plumbed back properly, no more flamage when backing off or gearshifts. Just picked the car up today after gearbox recondition with new syncros and maintenance/improvement tips mentioned here http://www.mr2australia.com/mr2play/tm.aspx?m=47482Gearshift feels nice & tight, very happy!

Finally all my big brake upgrade goodies arrived - dropped them off at mechanic's today so hoping its all done for Wakefield on Thursday. Delta V Australia brackets for Nissan calipers/lexus discs front and my Toyota calipers/Mazda Rx8 sport discs rear, and braided lines & TRW pads. The calipers brushed up nicely this morning, and I've gone black for stealth.

Hi Alex, Can I ask what the whole setup / package cost (parts only)? Looks to be a great brake upgrade kit.

Well I can confirm the brakes are great - worked them pretty hard at Wakefield yesterday, in the heat, no fade whatsoever. The tyres felt it though! Parts cost (delivered) was as follows: Brackets & lines - 660 Rotors & TRW pads- 540 Nissan GTS-T R32 Front Calipers - 200 (+ reco kit) I'm on Federal 595 RS-R rubber (215/235). Able to lock up if you want, but good pedal feel to modulate the braking. Good balance front to rear in my opinion, and happy with my master cylinder (late model 15/16ths I believe)
